玄関の屋外側のポーチはモルタルそのままの仕上げです、タイルはどうしても滑りやすく危険ですし氷を割ったりする際に割れることもあるので長い目で見てシンプルなモルタル塗りが一番いいと思います。

1階をまずはきちんと固める為に壁の構造用合板を張っています、小さな窓は塞いでしまっているところもありますが後から切り抜きます。

この構造用合板を張ることで地震などの際に壁を面で支えることで変型を起こさず壊れない家になります。

家具工房に制作をお願いしていたオリジナルキッチンが現場に設置されました。現場で天然オイル塗装や配管接続や機器類の取り付けをこれから行います。

屋根もあと少しを残して解体できましたが今日は雨なので屋根作業は滑って危険なので玄関周辺に残っていた壁の下地材を剥がして、家の周辺に飛び散った残骸などを拾い集めています。雪の季節が近づいてきています、もう少しです。

1階部分の構造骨組みと2階の下地床ができて窓枠などを作っていますが、外壁下地になる構造耐力を担う合板が現場に搬入させてきました、0.91m×3ｍの大判です、それを4枚も担いで運ぶ資材やさんも力持ちです。
