階段ができてきました。

周り階段部分の下はトイレになります。

2階のﾌﾛｰﾘﾝｸﾞ張りですが、階段をまだ作っていないのでその接続部分のﾌﾛｰﾘﾝｸﾞを張ることができないので残して張り進んでいます。

唯一の既製品であるユニットバスの取り付け作業です。

部材ごとに運び込んで組み立てます、写真は丈夫な金属製の床を支える下地部分です。

It is installation work of the unit bus which is the only ready-made item.

We carry it in every member and assemble it, the picture is a base part that supports a strong metal floor.

換気ダクトは各部屋の空気質を保つ熱交換換気とキッチンのﾚﾝｼﾞﾌｰﾄﾞの2つの系統になりますが、どちらも断熱ダクトを使いうことで熱を損失するロスと防ぐとともにダクト自体の結露も防ぎます。

階段は1階から直線で上る部分と4段で回りながら登る部分、そして2階に直線で登る部分の3部分の構成になります。

The staircase consists of a part that rises straight from the first floor, a part that climbs while turning in four stages, and a part that climbs straight with the second floor.
