ﾛﾌﾄから吹き抜けのﾘﾋﾞﾝｸﾞ側に室内窓を設けますが、今回エアコンをﾛﾌﾄに設置したのでその冷気を家全体にいきわたらせる為に床高さまでの窓としましたので転落防止柵を付けてから扉を付けます。

エアコンは６畳用２．２Kの小さなもの１台で猛暑の日にも家じゅう涼しくすることが可能です。

明日からは台風の影響で風雨の予報なので天気の良い今日のうちに付加断熱グラスールを入れて防火石膏ボードを張って防水透湿シートまで完了させてたいところです。

駐車スペースを作る為に少し惜しい気もしますが庭木を切って問塀を一部壊して造成工事をします。

ﾛﾌﾄの転落防止手すりは梯子と同じ無垢の木材で縦格子で仕上げました。

基礎工事を始める前に地盤調査を行い家を長期間にわたりきちんと支えることができる地盤であるかどうかを確かめます。

この辺の地盤は比較的良好なのであまり心配はしていませんでしたが、部分的に弱い地質の部分もあるようです、でも基礎底部の砂利層を厚くしたり基礎底面の幅を広げる等して大規模な地盤改良工事等行わずに済むように急いで地盤調査結果を解析して基礎工事計画を立てます。

*本来は先週には地盤踏査ができるはずだったのですが先の地震で緊急的な地盤調査が殺到して調査が遅れてしまいました。
