太陽光発電パネルが載る南東面の屋根は板金葺きですでに施工済みですが、無落雪屋根にする北西面のアスファルトシングル葺きが残っていました、やっと板金屋さんが来てくれて施工が始まりました。下葺防水紙が板金のものと比べ性能がとても良いので雨漏りの心配はしていませんでしたがやっぱりこれで安心です。

ﾌﾛｰﾘﾝｸﾞを張り始めました、今回はお客様のご希望で北海道産のタモ材、１２０ｍｍ幅のムクフローリングです。

いつもの９０ｍｍ幅のﾌﾛｰﾘﾝｸﾞとは印象もずいぶん違って見えます。

壁の断熱は外側にすでに２００ｍｍの断熱層を作ってありますが、室内側にも１００ｍｍのグラスウール断熱材を入れて外側と合わせて３００ｍｍの断熱層にします。

気密と断熱をしっかりと確保した屋根面に厚手の石膏ボードを張って2階の天井面を作ります。

2階天井面の気密シート施工です、ダウンライトが付く場所は予め気密BOXを埋め込んでおきそのBOXに気密シートを気密テープ貼り付けて連続した気密層を作ります。上下の気密シートのつなぎ目は下地の上で重ねて石膏ボードを張って密着させることで気密を連続させます。
