1階部分の構造骨組みと2階の下地床ができて窓枠などを作っていますが、外壁下地になる構造耐力を担う合板が現場に搬入させてきました、0.91m×3ｍの大判です、それを4枚も担いで運ぶ資材やさんも力持ちです。

1階部分の構造材をくみ上げる「建て方」をクレーンと大工4人が集まって施工します。

最近は雨がちの天気ですが今日は雨も降らずまずまずの天気で作業も順調に進んでいます。

1階の床下地合板は完了したので1階の構造材を組む建て方を明日行います、その前に2階と屋根の建て方に備え屋根タルキ等を加工しています。

床の下地合板は厚手のものなので構造材に直接張ることができることから、重いものに耐えられる垂直耐荷重だけでなく、地震の時の水平構造耐力も大きくなります。

雨が降っていいるので床下に水も溜まってしまいますが床合板は数か所剥がせるようにしておいて、屋根ができてから床を剥がして水を吸い取り更には送風機で乾燥させて工事を進めます。

大工工事が始まりました。

まずはコンクリートの基礎の上に土台を敷きます、室内空間には化学薬剤処理を施した防腐剤入りの木材は使いたくないので木材自体に防腐効果があるヒバ材を使います。ウッドﾃﾞｯｷ等の屋外空間は防腐剤注入土台です。
